一人還是只有一票，但選民可以選擇只投負數票（反對票）反對某人當選。贊成票扣除負數票（反對票）淨值最高者當選。投票率會提高，選舉結果比較清楚反映民意。立場偏激者較難當選，偏激言論也會因此減少，社會因此會更和諧，世界會更和諧。"可以投反對票"應該是基本人權。
